I need a wow! thingy on my head.

I need something to enhance my songket outfit or else I'll look so damn dull. Sigh. But here's the thing, it is so damn impossible nak cari headpiece macam just a simple headband untuk diletakkan dekat kepala. I wannit to be a SIMPLE BUT ELEGANT looking headband. Yes, yes I know banyak kedai ada jual but it's either the stone nampak fake, the glue macam terkeluar-keluar or perhaps the headband memang just tak ada that wow! factor untuk attract me to grab and buy it. :(

Therefore I have no choice but to opt for something else (which is the tiara). And yup, I was so inspired by Sarah punya profile photo dekat facebook. Lol. The first thing yang I nampak bila dah log in dekat facebook. Terus psstt..psstt dekat her in YM. Thanks babe! :)

So just this morning I pun googling around and terjumpa this one blogshop, Accessories Pengantin. Found few yang caught my attention but I need to ask Encik Rocker's opinion first.

The result of the fitting session: er...

Okay I dah settle dah with my fitting session. Tapi just dua baju je. Lagi satu baju ( yang tak lah glamour mana pun) the tailor macam pecah kepala juga nak design and she said that baju tak siap lagi. And to be honest I wasn't that happy sangat with my fitting session. The baju(s) were okay but I think I won't be a gorgeous bride pun kot nanti. Sigh.

Tapi Encik Rocker bagi a different reaction towards yesterday punya fitting session. He said the baju(s) (yang tak seberapa tu) nice. I dunno if nak percaya what he said is true or not 'coz saya still rasa I'm not gonna look gorgeous on my W-day. >_<

Sigh...

Boleh tak dah penat-penat panik sekali tak jadi buat fitting session pula today 'coz my tailor sakit. Therefore previous entry kita guna pakai for tomorrow je la.

It's killing me...

Since lunch hour tadi sangat rasa macam my heart dah nak terkeluar from its place. Malam ni I have fitting session for all of my wedding outfits. God, oh god, I wish nothing but baju yang fit nicely dekat my body.

Peeps, do pray for me yea. :(

Half Up!

I think I want this kinda hairdo for my turquoise dress. Nampak retro glamour sikit.

This one's nice. But I don't think I can pull that look.

Aaahh. This one pun nice for my songket outfit. Divert sikit daripada the typical I'm-wearing-songket-outfit punya hairdo.

I like this undone updo as well tapi rambut macam tak cukup panjang untuk dapat that kinda hairdo je.

I'm experiencing another cold feet lagi since semalam. :( Lagi nak dekat my W-day, lagi rasa nak tukar je banyak benda. *sigh* For hairdo, instead of doing the classic typical updo I think I'm gonna opt for half updos hairstyle. Bagi frame sikit dekat my oh-so-round-ish-face.

*Cepatlah datang the big day. I can't stand the pressure anymore. *puke*

I'm blessed...

Minggu lepas wasn't a really good week for me. With few projects piling up (at work), I'm multi-tasking until the very last Friday. With not enough sleep and rest, I was so exhausted to welcome the weekends pun. And so I thought the weekends pun akan menerima nasib yang sama like the weekdays.

To be honest, it did...at first.

But WTH la kan? At the end of the weekends I had loads of fun 'coz:

1. went to a gig and macam biasalah jadi Encik Rocker's number 1# fan (kot?) and watched him playing the guitar. *drooling*

2. few of my babes turun KL untuk celebrate the not-so-hen's-nite-but-more-like-a-small-gathering night at Alexis and watched (cute) Adil Johan Quartet (AJQ) feat. beautiful Dasha Logan. And those two sang 2 beautiful songs for me! :) Had a really good laugh, go crazy and all with the girls too.

3. I finally had half of the Sunday of Encik Rocker for me! Tapi by 8pm saya sudah super sleepy and rasa nak tidur sambil berdiri while we're shopping 'coz I didn't get much sleep from last night hen's night. @_@

4. for the second time, Encik Rocker jadi orang first yang wish me on my b-day. Haha. Yes, I'm super stoked 'coz..I just dunno why. :D It wasn't a fancy b-day celebration but he did gave me the perfect gift among few gifts I got from him, a card with beautiful words from him which then I go all *sob sob* 'coz terharu.

5. I received tonnes of good wishes from friends, family and colleagues. Thank you guys! I too wish the same things to all of you. ;)

Aaahhh, thank you god..Life is beautiful.

Bought myself a cotton lace parasol tapi hanya SATU sahaja. I dunno what's on my mind at that time tapi why oh why la I tak beli dua terus. *sigh*

So now I'm short of one cotton lace parasol untuk my wedding. Any ideas dimana saya nak dapatkan or rent-kan? (Oh I dah try tanya Anil, too bad my date dah ada orang sewa awal-awal dah)

Kenapa hari ni ramai orang buat saya rasa sangat bersalah? *sigh*

I'm the bride here. Why do they have to make feel guilty over their karut-mengarut. Lagi nak dekat kahwin lagi berserabut kepala saya. And wedding ticker lagi tengok lagi rasa mahu muntah. Tapi kalau remove macam rilex sangat and jadi tak tahu hal. T____T

The Many Use of Coffee Filter.

Now I know coffee filters sebenarnya ada banyak kegunaan thanks to The Broke Ass Bride punya article. :)

(I quote some of her writing in my blog yea)

“Coffee Filters are super cheap and can be used for all sorts of things like:

1) Clean windows, mirrors, and chrome… Coffee filters are lint-free so they’ll leave windows sparkling.

2) Filter broken cork from wine. If you break the cork when opening a wine bottle, filter the wine through a coffee filter.

3) Put baking soda into a coffee filter and insert into shoes or a closet to absorb or prevent odors.

4) Apply shoe polish. Ball up a lint-free coffee filter.

5) Recycle frying oil. After frying, strain oil through a sieve lined with a coffee filter.

6) Hold tacos. Coffee filters make convenient wrappers for messy foods.

7) Stop the soil from leaking out of a plant pot. Line a plant pot with a coffee filter to prevent the soil from going through the drainage holes.

8 ) Prevent a Popsicle from dripping. Poke one or two holes as needed in a coffee filter.

9) As a sewing backing. Use a filter as an easy-to-tear backing for embroidering or appliquéing soft fabrics.

10) Protect a cast-iron skillet. Place a coffee filter in the skillet to absorb moisture and prevent rust.

11) Use them to strain soup stock and to tie fresh herbs in to put in soups and stews.

12) Use a coffee filter to prevent spilling when you add fluids to your car.

13) Use them to remove fingernail polish when out of cotton balls.

14) Use them to sprout seeds.. Simply dampen the coffee filter, place seeds inside, fold it and place it into a plastic baggie until they sprout.”

I must say I'm quite and really new in this b2b's blogosphere world. At first I landed here (b2b's blogosphere) I have no clue at all about wedding and all things that related to it. But thanks to god I terjumpa the ultimate wedding reference {4weddingku blog} and from there I bloghop here and there until I terjumpa other bloggers yang semuanya sangat hot and glamorous okay. But to be honest these wonderful sweethearts (b2bs and all the mrs) semua sangat nice and friendly and kind enough to help me out in many ways.

Wishing tree.

Oh god! Now us two dah start malas-malas dah. We go lepak berembun dengan our friends and not-thinking about our wedding preparation. We shouldn't do that! We have our own target date untuk settle-kan our wedding preparation. *bridezilla mode*

Since friday we had TOOOO much fun. So today paksa juga la diri untuk resume what we had pending-kan since last week. Okay... (ambil mood) I think antara cara paling murah and simple untuk guests drop us wedding wishes would be bagi 1 pokok and ask 'em to gantung the wishes dekat pokok tu. Brilliant tak? (hahahaha). Ala tu je antara cara yang termurah since duit dah mengalir macam air. *sigh*
