The Rezekis.

My wedding wasn't all that fancy schmancy unlike the other brides but one thing for sure we definitely beat 'em (anyone yang us two kenal) when it comes to the price of our wedding. 'Coz to us, the life after marriage it's all that matters. 

And yeah, as for my wedding we only have less than 3 months to works things out. So little time, us being busy all the time, no experience at all in planning a wedding, house hunting, Encik Rocker had a surgery in the midst of our wedding preparation and budget yang super tight plus.............THE RIDICULOUS FAVORS from the extended family memang traumatized us at that time. Trust me, the goods and bads memang akan ada.

But we managed to tackle 'em all and Alhamdulillah, even though it wasn't the perfect wedding that we want (we have our own ideas for the perfect wedding) but we managed to get (almost of it) right. ;) And we managed to scratch off all the listed goals that we aimed before our wedding.

1. We finally bought a house at a very strategic area and managed to get the key to our house before the wedding. 

2. We fund our own wedding despite me baru nak ada career and I've no savings on wedding fund at all.

3. Most of our wedding vendors sangat² wonderful, friendly and helpful and they even mentioned that they love dealing with us.

4. We managed untuk TIDAK SUSAHKAN anyone at all (including my close family) 'coz us two buat semua benda by ourselves. 

5. A week before our wedding, us two dah tenang. No more last minutes thingy to be done except for collecting hand bouquet and watched movies at cinema. :D

6. I managed to look flawless (thanks to my MUA, Raja Feena) 'coz I had my beauty sleeps since a week before my wedding lagi.

7. The food was so damn great and I got it at super cheap rate (price per head) compared to most caterers (with good reputation of course) I've surveyed before.

8. Semua sangat punctual and the flow of our weddings, three in a row went smooth as per plan.

9. We hired BAK and dapat beautiful wedding photos for our wedding memories.

10. We don't need to burn more holes in our pockets and yet we got (almost) everything that we want.

11. And last but not least, when it comes to urusan nikah from awal sampailah to the day of the nikah, it went so damn well and the whole event took less than 35 minutes (from the arrival of guests, engagement and nikah) with sekali lafaz and without the jurunikah asking any questions to Encik Rocker ('coz he was so in a good mood that day and he's just happy to see us!).

So yeah I'm happy and thankful to god for the smoothness of my weddings; my great and wonderful husband; our friends, neighbours and family yang membantu and memeriahkan our wedding; the good food; the good weather; and whatever rezeki that we had.

So plan your wedding wisely yea and good luck! ;)

Back for good

I don't know where to begin here. Been so lazy nak cerita about my wedding 'coz I've been so occupied with so many new things in life. Having a husband, MIL, new job, furnishing our house and Fabulous Floral. But deep down I know I've been blessed with good things in life. :)

Since I pun sudah lupa bila last I stop cerita about my wedding, perhaps I could just relate it when I'm blogging anything about wedding. Lol. ;)

Our custom album dah siap!

Oh yeah! Finally! Our custom album dah siap and kitaorang dah collect from Bak yesterday! And the final result sangatlah superbly awesome! :) The arrangement of the photos, the finishing of the layout and all sangat² brilliantly and superbly awesome which I'll definitely post the photos of the album soon! :)

I want to introduce you to...

Hello dearies!

I'm shifting..nah..I'm packing my bag to move some of my stuffs dekat my new blog. So now I have two blogs untuk dijaga. I know, I know I haven't properly introduce my other blog 'coz I've been busy revamping these two babies.

Need a new home.

Status dah bertukar so I need a new layout. Lol. Okay nah. I just need a new perspektif. Agak bosan tengok layout lama. In the mean time, bear for a while dekat rumah (layout) kecil ni yea. Still searching for a new home untuk ini blog.

A conversation between a Mum and a Daughter.

Mama: Okay jadi a wifey?

Daughter: Yup okay.

Mama: Still keluar malam ke?

Daughter: Yup. With my husband of course.

Mama: Dah kahwin pun lepak lagi? Pergi mana?

Daughter: Ish Mama ni..mestilah. Pergi lepak, ikut pergi jam and all.

Mama: Astaga dua orang ni.

Daughter: Aiyo. Nama pun Encik and Puan Rocker.

Mama: Nasib dah kahwin dua orang ni.

My mum expect us two tak keluar rumah langsung dah ke selain pergi kerja and beli barang?

Aktiviti memasak, do the laundry, and etc. sama jalan apa dengan lepak and seangkatan dengannya.

I'm back!

Back from hornyland to tell you stories 'bout my W-day. :)

Days away...

Days away...

Okay I have like 2 days away. And right now I'm at the stage where semua benda menjadi sangat kritikal. I'm not too stressed out (a bit perhaps) tapi mostly I'm just too exhausted. Too exhausted since way way way before Encik Rocker masuk hospital lagi.

Secara metaforanya, I think of myself as a rubber band which I dah berkali-kali go beyond my limit, beyond my elasticity limit. I guess I'm 93% to rapuh if I were to be a rubber band. But don't worry saya sedang bertahan just for my W-day. *praying hard for that*

Oh how I need my honey(horny)moon. Nah, I'm just kidding. :D

Six days.

Yes, I only have 6 days left...

Ada masa I am so freaking tenang. Orang lain yang tolong huru-harakan for me. Ada masa I am so freaking panic and orang lain yang tolong tambahkan lagi the huru-hara for me. But it's okay. I've cleansed my soul. So letak itu semua jauh-jauh and I won't say much.

For the past few days ni ada few things that I wanna blog about tapi type-type terus delete. I don't even save it as a draft pun. Rasa macam the post agak hambar. I think the only person yang tanya bila new post nak keluar pun hanyalah Encik Rocker je. Plus the fact that I only have one day je nak bekerja next week before bercuti panjang menyebabkan my boss memang menyental I betul-betul untuk siapkan everything. Sigh.

Oh and why yea I lagi looking forward nak ber-pre-honeymoon daripada nak kahwin. Lol. :D

Cleansing my soul on this one.

I don't think any of my wedding details reflect who I am pun right now. Semua sudah tukar  tak macam what I had in mind pun, but what they had in mind. My vision untuk wedding ni is to do it as simple (but nice) as possible tapi now dah rasa macam carca marba (ccm) pun ada. >_<

Excitement macam dah takde and I am being patient and positive right now. I won't shout or marah-marah or anything. But I won't say much. I learned to let go and lepaskan few tasks dekat orang lain 'coz I can't managed to add-up more stress on me. All I want is to be marry to Encik Rocker and I won't claim that's my (partially me and Encik Rocker's) wedding. It is after all, their wedding... :(

Positive.

Okay, okay, positif, positif. Saya sudah ada back up plan for the baju. Biar orang lain tunggang terbalik, I can't follow 'em juga. We did really good before dalam bab-bab wedding preparation (in terms of efficiency and cut cost :D), can't let small-small things affecting us.

And I dah calm down untuk proceed dengan other tasks and distribute some of it dekat orang lain untuk help me out a lil pasal wedding stuffs ni.

The result of the fitting session: er...

Okay I dah settle dah with my fitting session. Tapi just dua baju je. Lagi satu baju ( yang tak lah glamour mana pun) the tailor macam pecah kepala juga nak design and she said that baju tak siap lagi. And to be honest I wasn't that happy sangat with my fitting session. The baju(s) were okay but I think I won't be a gorgeous bride pun kot nanti. Sigh.

Tapi Encik Rocker bagi a different reaction towards yesterday punya fitting session. He said the baju(s) (yang tak seberapa tu) nice. I dunno if nak percaya what he said is true or not 'coz saya still rasa I'm not gonna look gorgeous on my W-day. >_<

Sigh...

SIGH.... (-_-")

Boleh tak dah penat-penat panik sekali tak jadi buat fitting session pula today 'coz my tailor sakit. Therefore previous entry kita guna pakai for tomorrow je la.

It's killing me...

Since lunch hour tadi sangat rasa macam my heart dah nak terkeluar from its place. Malam ni I have fitting session for all of my wedding outfits. God, oh god, I wish nothing but baju yang fit nicely dekat my body.

Peeps, do pray for me yea. :(

Half Up!

I think I want this kinda hairdo for my turquoise dress. Nampak retro glamour sikit.

This one's nice. But I don't think I can pull that look.

Aaahh. This one pun nice for my songket outfit. Divert sikit daripada the typical I'm-wearing-songket-outfit punya hairdo.

I like this undone updo as well tapi rambut macam tak cukup panjang untuk dapat that kinda hairdo je.

I'm experiencing another cold feet lagi since semalam. :( Lagi nak dekat my W-day, lagi rasa nak tukar je banyak benda. *sigh* For hairdo, instead of doing the classic typical updo I think I'm gonna opt for half updos hairstyle. Bagi frame sikit dekat my oh-so-round-ish-face.

*Cepatlah datang the big day. I can't stand the pressure anymore. *puke*

I'm blessed...

Minggu lepas wasn't a really good week for me. With few projects piling up (at work), I'm multi-tasking until the very last Friday. With not enough sleep and rest, I was so exhausted to welcome the weekends pun. And so I thought the weekends pun akan menerima nasib yang sama like the weekdays.

To be honest, it did...at first.

But WTH la kan? At the end of the weekends I had loads of fun 'coz:

1. went to a gig and macam biasalah jadi Encik Rocker's number 1# fan (kot?) and watched him playing the guitar. *drooling*

2. few of my babes turun KL untuk celebrate the not-so-hen's-nite-but-more-like-a-small-gathering night at Alexis and watched (cute) Adil Johan Quartet (AJQ) feat. beautiful Dasha Logan. And those two sang 2 beautiful songs for me! :) Had a really good laugh, go crazy and all with the girls too.

3. I finally had half of the Sunday of Encik Rocker for me! Tapi by 8pm saya sudah super sleepy and rasa nak tidur sambil berdiri while we're shopping 'coz I didn't get much sleep from last night hen's night. @_@

4. for the second time, Encik Rocker jadi orang first yang wish me on my b-day. Haha. Yes, I'm super stoked 'coz..I just dunno why. :D It wasn't a fancy b-day celebration but he did gave me the perfect gift among few gifts I got from him, a card with beautiful words from him which then I go all *sob sob* 'coz terharu.

5. I received tonnes of good wishes from friends, family and colleagues. Thank you guys! I too wish the same things to all of you. ;)

Aaahhh, thank you god..Life is beautiful.
